Hey there, I’m Andrea Lauren Maher…
If this is our first time “meeting" then I’d like to start out by thanking you for visiting this page.
I respect your time and will do my best to keep this short and sweet so I won’t share my whole life story… just the relevant bits.
Nutrition and fitness have always been a big part of my lifestyle. For years it’s my calling to help others; whether they’re beginning their own journey or need ongoing personal support to consistently maintain the daily activities that support their unique goals.
However, the program I offer has evolved over the years… and for good reason.
When I had all the time in the world [ before I became a mom] I spent hours at the gym and followed boring meal plans that left me hungry and unsatisfied.
After I became a mom, I realized this wasn't going to work anymore. I needed energy to keep up with my 3 kiddos and I didn't have time to spend hours at the gym. I wanted to eat food that made me feel good energized and satiated.
I also realized that not all women enjoy the same kinds of foods and that most moms don't wanna workout in a way that leaves them feeling drained and sore to the point where they can't get anything done the rest of the day.
Life is busy! Mamas like you and I need energy to feel good and we need simplicity!
So with that in mind I created programs to help moms get fit, healthy and feel happy with short workouts and a variety of meal plans to choose from! [ keto, balanced, plant based/ vegan]
Healthy living is not an all-or-nothing decision, and that is why I redesigned my online fitness and nutrition coaching program into something much more realistic, and sustainable, with a strong focus on busy moms who want to stay fit during pregnancy, lose that postpartum belly fat and sculpt a strong fit body that can keep up with long term momlife!
To wrap things up: I spent years going about it the wrong way so you don’t have to. Now I can help you save time by showing you the exact steps I follow to maintain a simple, sustainable, healthy lifestyle all while being married, raising 3 kids and working!
