Easy Protein Pancakes [With Spinach]


Saturday Morning Breakfast!


Healthy Banana Protein Pancakes with a hidden ingredient.. [spinach]


All 3 of my kids loved these!


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dry oats

  • 1 ripe banana

  • A handful of baby spinach leaves

  • 4 eggs

  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder

  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed

  • 4 tsp baking powder

  • 1/8 tsp sea salt


Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender.

  2. Spray a pan with nonstick cooking spray

  3. Preheat pan on stove at medium heat.

  4. Add 1/4 cup pancake batter at a time and flip them once they start to bubble.

  5. Top with honey or healthy toppings of your choice!
