Saturday Morning Breakfast!
Healthy Banana Protein Pancakes with a hidden ingredient.. [spinach]
All 3 of my kids loved these!
1 cup dry oats
1 ripe banana
A handful of baby spinach leaves
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
4 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp sea salt
Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender.
Spray a pan with nonstick cooking spray
Preheat pan on stove at medium heat.
Add 1/4 cup pancake batter at a time and flip them once they start to bubble.
Top with honey or healthy toppings of your choice!
